BunCho for Teams

AI creative production for ad agencies and production studios

Run an ad campaign from concept to delivery, in one place.

The ad campaign workspace in BunCho AI Studio is included in every paid plan. Small and mid-sized agencies and production studios can use the Team & Business plan for multiple seats. Build concepts, copy and storyboards from verified product facts, produce video and banners, get them reviewed by your team and your client, and export a delivery package organized by media.

What it does

  • Planning

Three concepts — safe, standard and bold — from your product photo, product facts, goal and media.

    • Picks candidates from a design knowledge base (248 techniques, 42 style recipes, 23 ad appeals, 31 layouts)
    • Shows the techniques and the reasoning for each concept on four layers: design principles, art direction, production technique, ad strategy
    • Only verified product facts are used. Prices or claims that aren't in the facts are flagged "needs approval"
  • Production

Storyboards go straight into the video editor's image boards. Manage vertical, square and landscape video, banners and print PDFs in one campaign.

    • The built-in video editor (image boards → video → export)
    • Version history and provenance for every deliverable
    • Recommended sizes and lengths for each media
  • Review & approval

Your team and your client comment on the same screen.

    • Comments pinned to a spot on an image or a moment in a video
    • Request changes, approve, lock
    • External review links: no sign-in, time-limited, comment-only
  • Delivery

Exports only the approved versions as a ZIP.

    • Folders for social video, video ads, banners and print PDFs
    • CSV files with media specs and production history
    • Per-file provenance (model, terms-of-use version, asset source, approver)

How it works

  1. 1Create a campaign (client, goal, media)
  2. 2Verify the product facts
  3. 3Generate concepts with AI and pick one
  4. 4Produce video and banners, iterating on versions
  5. 5Get approval through internal and client review
  6. 6Deliver a ZIP organized by media

Example: launching a new beauty serum

Add one product photo and the verified product details (name, price, release date) and you get three concepts — safe, standard and bold — each combining different style recipes, ad appeals and layouts. For each concept, Studio explains which techniques it chose and why, on four layers: design principles, art direction, production technique and ad strategy. From the concept you pick, it builds editable designs for an Instagram square (1:1), an Instagram portrait (4:5), an A4 flyer and an in-store POP card (A5), which then go through review and approval into the delivery package.

  • Square 1:1
  • Portrait 4:5
  • A4 flyer
  • In-store POP A5

The product photo is used as is, never regenerated, and the price and product name are locked as verified facts. Copy is an AI draft and is used only after approval.

Start by industry (20 industries)

Pick an industry and planning starts with the expressions and structures that industry uses most at the top of the candidates (they're suggestions, not fixed choices).

Frequently asked questions

What information does the AI use to write copy and storyboards?
Only the product facts you've marked as verified in the campaign's Assets tab, plus the goal, target audience and media. Descriptions imported from a product page are kept as candidates and aren't used until you verify them. If a concept includes a number or a phrase like "No. 1" that isn't in the verified facts, it's flagged on the concept.
Does my client need a BunCho account?
No. Send a time-limited external review link and your client can view submitted deliverables without signing in, and leave comments pinned to a spot on an image or a moment in a video. The link only allows commenting, and you can revoke it at any time.
Are approvals and change requests recorded?
For every deliverable, Studio keeps its status (in production → in review → approved → locked), the version history, the reasons for change requests, and who approved it and when. Approved versions are frozen, and only an organization admin can unlock them.
What format are delivery files in?
Approved versions download as a ZIP with a folder per media: social video, video ads, banners and print PDFs. It includes CSV files with media specs and production history, and a provenance JSON for each file.
Do you support C2PA (content provenance)?
Studio records the model used for generation, the terms-of-use version, the source of each asset and the approver as JSON, with field names that map easily onto a C2PA manifest. Embedding a signed manifest into the files isn't available yet.
How much does it cost?
Campaign features are included in every paid plan: Watering, Seed, Feast, Full Course and Team. Higher plans include more monthly credits, and Team lets several people manage work together. Generating images, video and more uses credits with every model, and you see the estimate before running. The monthly price per Team & Business seat is shown in the quote below. For ad production work, contact us to discuss scope and pricing.

Pricing (Teams & Business)

¥30,000 per seat per month (excl. tax). A seat costs the same and includes the same credits as the individual Full Course plan. Each seat adds 70,000 credits a month to your organization's shared pool, used by every member (yearly billing gets the same credits and saves two months; seats with a volume discount carry slightly fewer credits to match the discount). Get a PDF quote right here. Accept the terms and your organization is ready immediately, with no sales call needed. Admins can set a monthly cap for each member.
